پيشگفتار

انسان موجودی اجتماعی است که برای ادامه‌ی حیات به تعامل با دیگران احتیاج دارد. اگر این تعامل و برقراری ارتباط نباشد مشكلات متعددی در زندگی او رخ خواهد داد یكی از جنبه‌های مهم اجتماعی شدن برقراری ارتباط سالم و سازنده با دیگران است این امر موجب می‌شود که انسان علاوه بر تأمین نیازهای خود بتواند نقش سازنده‌ای را در جامعه ایفا کند. دانشمندان علوم اجتماعی ارتباط رابه معنی تعامل اجتماعی به کاربرده و آن را منشأ فرهنگ و عامل ارتقای انسانی دانسته و فقدان آن رابه معنای سكون نسبی در حیات انسانی و مانع هر نوع تعالی اجتماعی ذکر کرده‌اند (ساروخانی به نقل از محمودی، ۱۳۸۹) از این نگاه ارتباط یک رویداد مهم در زندگی اجتماعی و یكی از ابزارهای مهم دگرگونی‌های علمی، اجتماعی، سیاسی و فرهنگی در جهان امروز است (بهمن زادگان جهرمی، ۱۳۸۹).
افراد جامعه، در تمام عمر با تأثیر قابل ملاحظه تجربه‌های دوران مدرسه خود زندگی می‌کنند؛ بنابراین از فارغ التحصیلان مدرسه انتظار می‌رود علاوه بر تسلط یافتن به دانش رو به رشد، درست زندگی کردن و رفتار مناسب با انتظارات اجتماعی را نیز بیاموزند. در سایه اجتماعی شدن، رشد و اعتلای اجتماعی حاصل می‌گردد و در نهایت منجر به ایجاد سازگاری، ارتباط سالم و سازنده کودکان با اطرافیان و شکوفایی توانایی‌های بالقوه آنان خواهد شد. بخش عمده‌ای از این مهم بر عهده آموزش و پرورش است. مدارس در قبال فرهنگ جامعه، نقش‌هایی دارند که یکی از مهم‌ترین آنها جامعه پذیر ساختن کودکان است. مدارس از طریق برنامه‌های درسی رسمی، غیررسمی و ضمنی، نقش خود را ایفا می‌کنند. از آنجا که آموزش دوره ابتدایی به عنوان مبنا و اصل همه آموزش‌ها مطرح می‌شود و در واقع سنگ زیر بنای نظام آموزشی به شمار می‌آید، توجه اساسی به این دوره، اهمیت ویژه‌ای دارد. محتوای کتاب‌های این دوره در ذهن دانش آموزان، اولین نقش‌هایی هستند که بر لوحی صاف و سفید نقش می‌بندد. دانش آموزان با خواندن این کتاب‌ها می‌توانند اولین آگاهی‌ها را درباره آداب و رسوم، قوانین و مقررات و مهارت‌های اجتماعی، به دست آورند (زارع شاهی، ۱۳۹۷)
انسان موجودی اجتماعی است و بر همین مبنا یکی از جنبه‌های روانی انسان جنبه اجتماعی است که از طریق ادراکات، زبان، اندیشه‌ها، موجبات ارتباط افراد با همدیگر را فراهم می‌آورد. بخش اساسی از فرایند جامعه پذیری و ایجاد و پرورش مهارت‌های زندگی ازجمله مهارت‌های ارتباطی و اجتماعی گوناگون، باید در فرایند آموزش و پرورش و با برنامه‌ریزی درست انجام گیرد. بنابراین کتاب‌های درسی به ویژه کتاب‌های تعلیمات اجتماعی باید با توجه به ویژگی‌های رشدی (زیستی، روانی و اجتماعی) در سه حیطه شناختی، عاطفی و روانی و حرکتی، دانش و نگرش و مهارت‌های لازم را در دانش آموزان ایجاد و تقویت کنند. لذا تحلیل محتوی این کتاب‌ها روشن می‌سازد که به چه میزان مهارت‌های زندگی، ارتباطی و به طور کلی مهارت‌های اجتماعی در این کتاب‌ها مورد تاکید واقع شده است. هدف این کتاب تحلیل کتاب‌های درسی مطالعات اجتماعی دوره ابتدایی براساس میزان توجه به مولفه‌های مهارت‌های اجتماعی بوده است. جامعه آماری کتاب حاضر، متشکل از کلیه کتاب‌های مطالعات دوره ابتدایی شامل ۴ جلد کتاب درسی این دوره در سال تحصیلی ۱۳۹۹-۱۳۹۸ می‌باشد. برای بررسی میزان توجه به مهارت‌های اجتماعی در محتوای کتاب‌های مطالعات اجتماعی جهت انجام این پژوهش از چک لیست تحلیل محتوا که بر اساس طبقه بندی نصر اصفهانی و همکارانش (۱۳۸۳) از مهارت‌های اجتماعی توسط خود پژوهشگر تهیه شده است استفاده شده است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از روش آنتروپی شانون استفاده شده است. نتایج تحلیل کتاب‌ها با توجه به مولفه‌های مهارت اجتماعی (ارتباطی، جرات ورزی، همکاری، خودگردانی، درک اجتماعی، آشنایی با قوانین و مهارت‌های مقابله‌ای) نشان می‌دهد که از بین ۸۸۹ واحد فراوانی که بیشترین ضریب اهمیت مؤلفه‌هاي مهارت‌های اجتماعی در کتاب‌های مطالعات اجتماعی دوره ابتدایی مربوط به مولفه مهارت‌های درک اجتماعی است و کمترین ضریب اهمیت مربوط به مولفه مهارت‌های جرات ورزی است؛ در کتاب مطالعات پایه سوم از بین ۱۶۶ واحد فراوانی بیشترین ضریب اهمیت مؤلفه‌هاي مهارت‌های اجتماعی در کتاب مطالعات اجتماعی پایه سوم دوره ابتدایی مربوط به مولفه مهارت‌های همکاری است و کمترین ضریب اهمیت مربوط به مولفه مهارت‌های مقابله‌ای است. در کتاب مطالعات پایه چهارم از بین ۲۰۳ واحد فراوانی بیشترین ضریب اهمیت مؤلفه‌هاي مهارت‌های اجتماعی در کتاب مطالعات اجتماعی پایه چهارم دوره ابتدایی مربوط به مولفه مهارت‌های همکاری است و کمترین ضریب اهمیت مربوط به مولفه مهارت‌های آشنایی با قوانین است؛ از بین ۲۰۷ واحد بیشترین ضریب اهمیت مؤلفه‌هاي مهارت‌های اجتماعی در کتاب مطالعات اجتماعی پایه پنجم دوره ابتدایی مربوط به مولفه مهارت‌های ارتباطی است و کمترین ضریب اهمیت مربوط به مولفه مهارت‌های جرات ورزی است؛ در بین ۳۱۳ مورد فراوانی بیشترین ضریب اهمیت مؤلفه‌هاي مهارت‌های اجتماعی در کتاب مطالعات اجتماعی پایه ششم دوره ابتدایی مربوط به مولفه مهارت‌های جرات ورزی است و کمترین ضریب اهمیت مربوط به مولفه مهارت‌های خودگردانی است؛ با توجه به فراوانی‌های مولفه‌های مهارت‌های اجتماعی در سایر کتاب‌ها می‌توان بیان داشت که مولفه‌های مهارت‌های اجتماعی در کتاب‌های درسی مطالعات اجتماعی دوره ابتدایی به صورت متوازن تقسیم نشده است.

Abstract

Man is a social being who needs to interact with others in order to survive. Without this interaction and communication, many problems will occur in his life. One of the important aspects of socialization is to establish healthy and constructive communication with others. This makes it possible for a person to play a constructive role in society in addition to meeting his needs. Social scientists have used communication as a means of social interaction and considered it as the source of culture and a factor of human development and its absence has been mentioned as a relative stagnation in human life and an obstacle to any kind of social excellence (Sarukhani quoted by Mahmoudi, 2010). Communication is an important event in social life and one of the important tools of scientific, social, political and cultural changes in today’s world (Bahmanzadegan Jahromi, 2010).
People in the community live a lifetime with a significant impact on their school experiences; Therefore, in addition to mastering the growing knowledge, school graduates are expected to learn to live right and behave appropriately with social expectations. In the shadow of socialization, growth and social upliftment is achieved and ultimately leads to the creation of adaptation, healthy and constructive relationship of children with others and the flourishing of their potential abilities. A large part of this is the responsibility of education. Schools have a role to play in community culture, one of the most important of which is to socialize children. Schools play their role through formal, informal and tacit curricula. Since elementary school education is the basis and principle of all education and is in fact the cornerstone of the educational system, the basic attention to this course is of particular importance. The content of the books of this course in the minds of students are the first maps that are engraved on a flat and white plate. By reading these books, students can gain the first knowledge about customs, rules and regulations and social skills (Zare Shahi, 1397)
Man is a social being, and accordingly, one of the psychological aspects of man is the social aspect, which, through perceptions, language, thoughts, provides the means for people to communicate with each other. An essential part of the process of socializing and developing life skills, including various communication and social skills, must be done in the process of education and with proper planning. Therefore, textbooks, especially social education textbooks, should create and strengthen the necessary knowledge, attitude, and skills in students according to their developmental characteristics (biological, psychological, and social) in three areas: cognitive, emotional, psychological, and motor. Therefore, the content analysis of these books reveals the extent to which life, communication and social skills in general are emphasized in these books. The purpose of this book is to analyze elementary school social studies textbooks based on the level of attention paid to the components of social skills. The statistical population of the present book consists of all elementary school textbooks including 4 volumes of textbooks of this course in the academic year 1399-1399. To investigate the level of attention to social skills in the content of social studies textbooks, to conduct this research, a content analysis checklist based on the classification of social skills by Nasr Esfahani et al. (2004) has been prepared by the researcher himself. Shannon entropy method was used to analyze the data. The results of the analysis of the books according to the components of social skills (communication, assertiveness, cooperation, self-management, social understanding, familiarity with the rules and coping skills) show that among 889 units, the most important coefficient of social skills components is in social studies textbooks. It is related to the component of social perception skills and the lowest coefficient is related to the component of assertiveness skills; In the book of third grade studies, among 166 frequency units, the highest coefficient of importance of the components of social skills in the book of social studies of the third grade of elementary school is related to the component of cooperation skills and the lowest coefficient of importance is related to the component of coping skills. In the fourth grade study book, out of 203 frequency units, the highest coefficient of importance of social skills components in the fourth grade social studies textbook is related to the cooperation skills component and the lowest importance coefficient is related to the skills of familiarity with rules; Among 207 units, the highest coefficient of importance of the components of social skills in the fifth grade elementary school social studies textbook is related to the component of communication skills and the lowest coefficient of importance is related to the component of assertiveness skills; Among 313 cases, the highest coefficient of importance of the components of social skills in the sixth grade textbook of social studies is related to the component of assertiveness skills and the lowest coefficient of importance is related to the component of self-management skills; Considering the frequencies of social skills components in other books, it can be said that the components of social skills in elementary school social studies textbooks are not evenly distributed.
