پیشگفتار

یکی از نیازهاي اولیۀ انسانی که با توسعۀ اقتصادي و اجتماعی دامنۀ گسترده‌تري پیدا کرده و امروز خود یکی از مظاهر تمدن به شمار می‌آید، مسئلۀ حمل و نقل است. بخش حمل و نقل از بخش‌هاي زیربنایی هر جامعه است که علاوه بر تحت تأثیر قرار دادن فرایند توسعه، خود نیز در جریان توسعه دچار تحول می‌شود؛ بخش حمل و نقل به دلیل اهمیت ويژه و جايگاه مهمی که در اقتصاد جوامع بشری دارد يکی از شاخص‌های توسعه یافتگی کشورها و از اجزا مهم اقتصاد ملی محسوب می‌شود و پیشرفت و توسعه آن نقش مهمی در ايجاد تحول در ساير بخش‌های صنعتی، کشاورزی و تولیدی ايفا می‌کند تا جایی که امروزه بیشتر انديشمندان و صاحب نظران عرصه اقتصادی، رشد و توسعه همه جانبه کشورها را مشروط به توسعه بخش حمل و نقل می‌باشد و به همین علت بخش حمل و نقل هوايی به عنوان يکی از ارکان زيربنايی هر جامعه به شمار می‌رود و در فرآيند توسعه و پايداری جامعه نقش بسیار مهمی ايفا می‌نمايد. جابه جايی‌های مسافر و بار که توسط حمل و نقل هوايی برقرار می‌گردد، موجبات گسترش، وسعت عمل، افزايش بهره‌وری و سودمندی، ارتقاء بنیاد اقتصادی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی، سیاسی و نظامی را فراهم می‌آورد؛ و همچنین درآمدهای حاصل از تولیدات صنعتی، کشاورزی، خدمات، فرهنگی، علمی در جامعه افزایش یافته و بسترساز شکوفایی‌های قابل ملاحظه‌ای در حوزه‌های مختلف اداره کشور می‌گردد. توسعه زیرساخت‌های حمل و نقل هوایی موجب توسعه توریسم و تجارت در نتیجه شکوفایی اقتصادی خواهد شد. در اين بين فرودگاه‌ها، و خصوصا پایانه‌های مسافری و باری بخش حياتي و مهمي از سيستم حمل و نقل هوايي را تشكيل مي‌دهند و در واقع زيربنايي ترين بخش در صنعت حمل و نقل هوايي محسوب مي‌شوند. رشد روز افزون حمل و نقل هوایی بار، برنامه‌ریزی و طراحی تسهیلات باربری را در فرودگاه‌ها ایجاب می‌کند. بطور کلی، فرودگاهی دارای پایانه‌ی مسافری بهتری است که برای پایانه‌ی بار نیز تجهیز شود تا موجب توسعه اقتصادی و به عنوان گلوگاه صادرات یا واردات عمل کند. امکان ارسال و حمل بار با هواپیما چه به صورت همراه و چه غیر همراه، برای بسیاری از مسافران چیزی کم از یک موهبت الهی ندارد. چرا که ارسال بار به صورت هوایی علاوه بر اینکه سریع و ایمن است، برای فاصله‌های بسیار دور نیز ممکن می‌باشد. به همین جهت نیز مسافرانی که می‌خواهند بار آن‌ها درست و به موقع به مقصدشان برسد از این روش، برای حمل و ارسال آن استفاده می‌کنند از این رو صنعت حمل و نقل هوايي نقش بسيار مهمي در روابط كشورهاي مختلف جهان، نمايش قدرت‌هاي اقتصادي و نظامي و تسريع امور حياتي يك كشور را بر عهده دارد. بدین ترتیب در این کتاب به بررسی ابعاد مختلف حمل و نقل هوایی بار پرداخته شده است.

The transportation sector is one of the infrastructure sectors of every society, which, in addition to affecting the development process, itself undergoes transformation during development; Due to its special importance and its important position in the economy of human societies, the transportation sector is considered one of the indicators of the development of countries and one of the important components of the national economy, and its progress and development play an important role in creating transformation in other industrial, agricultural and production sectors. to the extent that today most thinkers and experts in the economic field, all-round growth and development of countries are conditioned by the development of the transportation sector, and for this reason, the air transportation sector is considered as one of the pillars of the infrastructure of every society and in The process of development and stability of society plays a very important role. The passenger and cargo movements that are established by air transportation, provide the means of expansion, scope of action, increase of productivity and usefulness, improvement of the economic, social, cultural, political and military foundation; Also, the incomes from industrial, agricultural, service, cultural, and scientific productions in the society have increased and become the foundation for considerable prosperity in various areas of the country’s administration. The development of air transport infrastructure will lead to the development of tourism and trade as a result of economic prosperity. Among them, airports, and especially passenger and cargo terminals, form a vital and important part of the air transportation system, and in fact, they are considered the most infrastructural part of the air transportation industry. The increasing growth of air cargo transportation requires the planning and design of cargo facilities at airports. In general, an airport has a better passenger terminal that is also equipped for a cargo terminal to promote economic development and act as a bottleneck for exports or imports. The possibility of sending and transporting cargo by plane, whether accompanied or not, is nothing short of a divine gift for many travelers. Because sending cargo by air, in addition to being fast and safe, is also possible for very long distances. For this reason, travelers who want their cargo to reach their destination correctly and on time use this method to transport and send it. Therefore, the air transportation industry plays a very important role in the relations of different countries of the world, showing economic and military powers and It is responsible for speeding up the vital affairs of a country. In this way, in this book, various aspects of air cargo transportation have been investigated.
