پیشگفتار

این کتاب حاصل چندین سال تدریس درس «پول و ارز و بانکداری» در رشته‌های غیر تخصصی اقتصاد (حسابداری و مدیریت) در دانشگاه است. ساختار این کتاب براساس سرفصل مصوب وزارت علوم، تحقیقات و فناوری بوده و سعی شده چارچوب سرفصل رعایت شود. این نوشتار در دو بخش طراحی شده که بخش حاضر به عنوان جلد اول کتاب با عنوان «بازار پول و سیاست‌های پولی» تقدیم خوانندگان می‌گردد. در بخش دوم انشاءا… به زودی آماده چاپ خواهد شد، به «بازار ارز و سیاست‌های ارزی» و «تورم و بیکاری و سیاست‌های اقتصادی» خواهد پرداخت.
در بخش اول همانطور که از عنوان آن نیز مشخص است به تحلیل عرضه، تقاضا و سیاست‌های پولی پرداخته شده و چارچوب اصلی آن الهام گرفته شده از جزوه ارزشمند «پول و بانکداری» استاد فرزانه جناب آقای «دکتر پرویز داودی» در دانشکده علوم اقتصادی و سیاسی دانشگاه شهید بهشتی می‌باشد. در این بخش سعی شده ضمن رعایت سرفصل‌های مصوب اشاره شده برای درس، مطالب پیچیده و تخصصی مورد بحث تا حد ممکن ساده و در سطح دانشجویان رشته‌های غیر تخصصی اقتصاد ارائه شود.
ضمنا در مواردی که نیاز به ارائه سوابق تاریخی موضوعی بوده، تلاش بر این بوده که بیشتر به تاریخ موضوع در ایران پرداخته شود. لذا ادعا می‌شود این نوشتار از این نظر جزء به روزترین منابع درسی می‌باشد.
هر چند به ادعایی برای کامل و بی‌اشکال بودن این بخش از مطالب نمی‌باشد و صمیمانه از منتقدان و صاحب نظرانی که این حقیر را راهنمایی می‌کنند تقدیر به عمل می‌آورم.
شيوه سازماندهي کتاب حاضر به‌ صورت زیر می‌باشد.

Abstract

This book is the result of several years of teaching “money and currency and banking” in non-specialized fields of economics (accounting and management) at the university. The structure of this book is based on the heading approved by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, and we have tried to follow the heading framework. This article is designed in two parts, and the present part is presented to the readers as the first volume of the book titled “Money market and monetary policies”. In the second part of essays… which will be ready for publication soon, it will deal with “currency market and foreign exchange policies” and “inflation and unemployment and economic policies”.
In the first part, as it is clear from its title, the analysis of supply, demand and monetary policies is discussed, and its main framework is inspired by the valuable booklet “Money and Banking” by Prof. Farzaneh, Mr. “Dr. Political science of Shahid Beheshti University. In this section, we have tried to present the complex and specialized topics discussed as simple as possible and at the level of students of non-specialized fields of economics, while observing the approved headings mentioned for the course.
In addition, in the cases where there was a need to present the historical records of the subject, an effort was made to deal more with the history of the subject in Iran. Therefore, it is claimed that this article is one of the most up-to-date educational resources.
However, this part of the content is not a claim to be complete and flawless, and I sincerely appreciate the critics and experts who guide this humble one.
