پيشگفتار

یادگیری حرفه روزنامه‌نگاری که پایه و اساس آن بر خبرنویسی و تنظیم خبر است به دو شیوه آموزشی و تجربی امکان می‌یابد.کتاب روزنامه‌نگاری تجربی می‌تواند ادامه آموزش درس «اصول روزنامه‌نگاری» در دوره کارشناسی روزنامه‌نگاری در دانشگاه‌ها باشد. هرچند چنین روش آموزشی را می‌توان تکمیل کننده آن دانست، اما شناخت مهم‌ترین اشکالات خبرنویسی در مراکز خبری می‌تواند مروری دوباره بر آموزه‌های این درس باشد و بیشتر از هرزمان به تجربه‌اندوزی و یادگیری خبرنگاران چه در مقام حرفه‌ای و چه در موقعیت شهروند- خبرنگار، بیانجامد. پس چون اساس کتاب حاضر، نگاه تجربی به نوشتن خبر است، آن را روزنامه‌نگاری تجربی نامیدیم. تجربه‌هایی که درکنار استفاده از منابع موجود و در دسترس، از سال‌ها تجربه خبرنگاری و سردبیری مولف در روزنامه‌های سراسری کشور حاصل شده است.
در سرفصل درس «اصول روزنامه نگاری» البته مباحث زیادی وجود دارد که پرداختن به همه آن‌ها مانند راه‌های جستجوی خبر، رسالت و جایگاه مطبوعات، جایگاه مطبوعات در جامعه و یا مسئله سانسور و خودسانسوری، به دلیل تکیه بر تجربه‌های خبر نویسی و نقد و بررسی اخبار منتشر شده، در قالب این کتاب نمی‌گنجد و هر یک از این مباحث خود کتاب و بلکه کتاب‌ها نیاز دارد تا حقشان ادا شود.
در این کتاب، انتخاب خبرها به تناسب موضوع و در زمان‌های مختلف صورت گرفته است و معمولا بستگی به زمان و مکان و حتی شخصیت‌های رویداد ندارد و اصولا کتاب‌های آموزش خبرنگاری حتی در تجدید چاپ و نسخه‌های جدید هم لزومی به روزآمدکردن مثال‌ها نمی‌بینند چون فلسفه اصلی، آموزش خبر است نه آرشیو کردن آن.

Preface

Learning the profession of journalism, which is based on news writing and news editing, is possible in two educational and experimental ways. The book of experimental journalism can be a continuation of the “Principles of Journalism” course in the undergraduate course of journalism in universities. Although such an educational method can be considered as its complement, knowing the most important problems of news writing in news centers can be a re-review of the teachings of this course and more than ever lead to the experience and learning of journalists, both in a professional capacity and in a citizen-journalist position. So, since the basis of this book is an experimental approach to news writing, we called it experimental journalism. The experiences that, along with the use of available resources, have been obtained from the author’s years of experience as a reporter and editor in newspapers across the country.
In the title of the lesson “Principles of Journalism”, of course, there are many topics that need to be addressed, such as the ways to search for news, the mission and position of the press, the position of the press in society, or the issue of censorship and self-censorship, due to relying on the experiences of news writing and review. The published news does not fit in the format of this book and each of these topics needs its own book and books to be given their due.
In this book, the selection of news has been made according to the topic and at different times, and it usually does not depend on the time and place or even the characters of the event, and in principle, journalism training books do not see the need to update examples even in reprints and new editions, because the main philosophy is Education is news, not archiving it.
