پيشگفتار

سپاس خداوند يزدان را كه تمام نعمت‌هاي هستي را بر ما ارزاني داشت و از همه مهم‌تر كامل‌ترين دينش را به وسيله اشرف مخلوقاتش حضرت محمد بن عبدالله (ص) براي ما فرستاد و اتمام نعمتش و اكمال دينش با ولايت حضرت اميرالمؤمنين علي (ع) و وجود پر نعمت اهل البيت (ع) كامل‌ترين برنامه زندگي و بهترين الگوهاي آن را براي ما فرستاد. و خداي را شاكر و سپاسگزاريم كه در طول ۱۴۰۰ سال عمر شريف اسلام بعد از حكومت اسلامي عصر پيامبر (ص) و حضرت علي (ع) با رهبري و قيام حضرت آيت الله العظمي امام خميني (ره) طعم شيرين حكومت اسلامي را به ما چشانيد و موجبات سرافرازي و استقلال ملت شريف ايران را فراهم ساخت. اينك با وجود اين همه نعمتي كه داده شده است، يقينا اگر قدر آن را ندانيم به مجازات كفران نعمت گرفتار خواهيم شد و چنانچه در حفظ آن تلاش نمائيم و قدر دان آن باشيم، به فرموده قرآن: ‹‹ لئن شكرتم لازيدنكم ›› اثرات معنوي و مادي حكومت اسلامي برما بيشتر خواهد شد و انشاءالله از نعمت پر فيض دولت حق و عدالت، با ظهور حضرت مهدي (عج) بهره مند خواهيم گشت.
اينك همه آحاد جامعه اسلامي ايران وظيفه‌اي سنگين دارند و وظيفه مسئولين اجرائي كشور از همه سنگين‌تر است و بايد تلاش نمايند با شناخت كامل از مباني و اصول حكومت و مديريت اسلامي در اجراي دستورات و احكام گهربار اسلام تلاش مضاعف نمايند. براساس مطالعات اندك حقير و بررسي كه در كتاب گرانقدر نهج البلاغه داشتم توانستم مطالبي را براي سرلوحه قرار دادن در كارهايم برگزينم و از خداوند قادر متعال خواستار مساعدت و ارشاد در انجام عملي مرضي درگاهش مي‌باشم.

Preface

Thanks be to God, Yazdan, who bestowed upon us all the blessings of existence and, most importantly, sent us the most perfect religion through the best of His creations, Hazrat Muhammad bin Abdullah (pbuh), and the completion of his blessings and the completion of his religion with the vilayat of Hazrat Amir al-Mu’minin Ali (pbuh) and existence The blessed Ahl al-Bayt (AS) sent us the most complete plan of life and its best examples. And we are grateful to God that during the 1400 years of the honorable life of Islam, after the Islamic government of the era of the Prophet (PBUH) and Hazrat Ali (AS), with the leadership and rise of Grand Ayatollah Imam Khomeini (RA), he gave us the sweet taste of the Islamic government. And it provided the reasons for the pride and independence of the noble nation of Iran. Now, despite all the blessings that have been given, if we don’t appreciate it, we will be punished for blasphemy and if we try to preserve it and be grateful for it, according to the words of the Qur’an: “Len Shukrtam lazidenkam” spiritual effects And the materiality of the Islamic government in Burma will increase and, God willing, we will benefit from the bountiful blessing of the government of truth and justice, with the advent of Hazrat Mahdi (AS).
Now, all the members of the Islamic society of Iran have a heavy duty, and the duty of the executive officials of the country is the most heavy, and they should try to double their efforts by fully understanding the foundations and principles of Islamic government and management in implementing the orders and essential provisions of Islam. Based on my humble studies and the research I had in the precious book of Nahj al-Balagheh, I was able to choose some material to put at the top of my work, and I ask the almighty God for help and guidance in doing the work that pleases him.
