پیشگفتار

آموزش ضمن خدمت به عنوان بخشی از برنامه‌های توسعه و تعالی کارکنان در سازمان‌های امروزه گسترش فراوانی یافته است. هدف از تدوین برنامه‌های آموزشی در سازمان‌ها، به روز شدن و به هنگامی نیروها و کارکنان به عنوان مهمترین سرمایه‌های سازمان می‌باشد. آموزش ضمن خدمت در حقیقت به آن نوع آموزش گفته می‌شود که، پس از استخدام فرد در موسسه یا سازمان صورت پذیرفته، هدف و منظور از آن، آماده سازی افراد برای اجرای بهینه وظایف و مسئولیت‌های شغلی است، بیشتر در سه محور اساسی توسعه دانش، بهبود مهارت‌ها و ایجاد یا تغییر نگرش‌ها ارایه شده است. سازمان‌ها از دیرباز تاکنون برای نائل آمدن به اهداف آموزش ضمن خدمت خود از روش‌های آموزشی گوناگونی همانند ارائه حضوری و سخنرانی، بحث گروهی، بازدید میدانی یا گردش علمی و مطالعه موردی بهره برده‌اند. ازجمله بدیع‌ترین روش‌های آموزشی، آموزش مجازی یا آموزش الکترونیکی است. با توجه به اهمیت ویژه آموزش ضمن خدمت کارکنان از یک‌سو و پیشرفت‌های تکنولوژی از سوی دیگر لزوم بهره‌گیری از این فناوری‌ها در بحث آموزش‌های سازمانی بیش‌ازپیش احساس می‌شود.
کتاب حاضر با هدف آشنایی خوانندگان با مباحث مرتبط با اثربخشی دوره‌های مجازی آموزش‌های ضمن خدمت، طی چهار فصل به شرح زیر تدوین و تنظیم شده است:
فصل اول به کلیات اختصاص دارد.
فصل دوم پیرامون آموزش‌های مجازی ضمن خدمت کارکنان نگاشته شده است.
در فصل سوم پیرامون ارزیابی اثربخشی دوره‌های مجازی آموزش‌های ضمن خدمت مطالبی ارائه شده است.
فصل چهارم به عوامل موثر بر ارزیابی اثربخشی دوره‌های مجازی آموزش‌های ضمن خدمت اختصاص دارد.

Abstract

In-service training as a part of employee development and excellence programs has become widespread in today’s organizations. The purpose of developing training programs in organizations is to update and timely staff and employees as the most important assets of the organization. In-service training is in fact the type of training that, after hiring a person in an institution or organization, its purpose and purpose is to prepare people for the optimal performance of duties and responsibilities, mostly in the three basic axes of knowledge development, Improving skills and creating or changing attitudes is presented. Organizations have long used a variety of training methods to achieve the goals of in-service training, such as face-to-face lectures, group discussions, field trips or field trips, and case studies. One of the most innovative educational methods is virtual education or e-learning. Due to the special importance of in-service training of employees on the one hand and technological advances on the other hand, the need to use these technologies in the discussion of organizational training is felt more than ever.
The present book has been compiled and arranged in four chapters in order to acquaint the readers with the topics related to the effectiveness of in-service training courses:
The first chapter is devoted to generalities.
The second chapter is written about in-service training of employees.
In the third chapter, the evaluation of the effectiveness of virtual in-service training courses is presented.
The fourth chapter is dedicated to the factors affecting the evaluation of the effectiveness of in-service training courses.
