پيشگفتار

به نظر می‌رسد سرمایه‌گذاری کلید رشد و توسعه هر کشوری است، به ویژه سرمایه‌گذاری خارجی که امروزه توسط کشورهای در حال توسعه مورد توجه قرار گرفته است، در سال‌های گذشته کشورهای توسعه یافته از این نوع سرمایه‌گذاری به عنوان ابزاری برای تسلط بر اقتصاد کشورهای در حال توسعه بهره می‌بردند. سرمایه‌گذاری خارجی یکی از پدیده‌های مهم اقتصادی است. در رابطه با اهمیت آن گفته می‌شود که این نوع سرمایه‌گذاری چه به طور مستقیم و چه بطور غیرمستقیم تولید داخلی را افزایش می‌دهد و همانگونه که صاحب نظران این عرصه بیان داشته‌اند: سرمایه‌گذاری کلید اصلی توسعه اقتصادی هر کشور و نیروی محرکه این مهم می‌باشد.
کشورهای در حال توسعه، اقتصادهای نوظهور و کشورهای در حال گذار به دلیل مزیت‌های سرمایه‌گذاری خارجی، در تلاش‌اند تا موانع سرمایه‌گذاری خارجی را از پیش رو بردارند و بهترین سیاست‌های جذب آن را دنبال می‌کنند. مزایای سرمایه‌گذاری خارجی برای کشور میزبان می‌تواند بسیار حائز اهمیت باشد، از جمله مزایای اقتصادی آن می‌توان به سرریز فناوری، حمایت از سرمایه انسانی، بهبود محیط رقابتی کسب و کار، کمک به توسعه تجارت بین‌المللی و بهبود توسعه شرکت‌ها اشاره کرد. علاوه بر مزایای اقتصادی، سرمایه‌گذاری خارجی می‌تواند شرایط محیطی و اجتماعی را به وسیله تکنولوژی و هدایت سیاست‌های مسئولانه مشارکتی، در کشور میزبان بهبود ببخشد. تمام این مزیت‌ها به رشد اقتصادی بیشتر کمک می‌کند و ابزار اصلی کاهش فقر در این کشورها می‌باشد. به طور کلی از آنجایی که سرمایه‌گذاری مستقیم خارجی یکی از منابع اساسی تأمین مالی پروژه‌ها است. هدف از تالیف این کتاب بررسی تأثیر ابتکار عمل کشورهای فقیر بر رشد و سرمایه‌گذاری بوده است.

Abstract

Investment seems to be the key to the growth and development of any country, especially foreign investment, which is now considered by developing countries. In recent years, developed countries have used this type of investment as a tool to dominate the economies of developing countries. They benefited. Foreign investment is one of the important economic phenomena. Regarding its importance, it is said that this type of investment increases domestic production both directly and indirectly, and as experts in this field have stated: investment is the main key to the economic development of any country and the driving force of this important.
Developing countries, emerging economies and countries in transition, because of the advantages of foreign investment, are trying to remove barriers to foreign investment and pursue the best policies to attract it. The benefits of foreign investment for the host country can be very significant, including its economic benefits include technology overflow, protection of human capital, improving the competitive business environment, helping to develop international trade and improving corporate development. In addition to economic benefits, foreign investment can improve environmental and social conditions in the host country through technology and the conduct of responsible participatory policies. All of these benefits contribute to further economic growth and are the main tool for reducing poverty in these countries. In general, since foreign direct investment is one of the main sources of project financing.
