پيشگفتار

اهمیت پردازش مولفه‌های موثر در صنعت ساختمان، به منظور افزایش کیفیت و بهره‌وری این حوزه از دغدغه‌های دائمی متولیان امر در مقیاس کلان بوده و هست. ساختار پیچیده و گستردگی تخصص‌های همراه این صنعت، ضرورت توجه به حوزه‌های مغفول آن را در بستر جامعه خصوصا دانشگاهیان بیش از پیش مهم می‌نماید. موضوع متره و برآورد در موثرترین پارامتر به عنوان آیتمی تاثیرگذار در باید یا نباید یک پروژه ساختمانی به شمار می‌رود. در عین حال پیچیدگی‌های این موضوع آن را به عنوان یک تخصص ویژه در صنعت ساختمان بدل نموده است.
با توجه به لزوم ساده سازی موضوع و فهم آن برای عموم دانشجویان، مولفان بر آن شدند تا با استفاده از منابع گسترده و پیچیدۀ این حوزه، ساختار جدیدی برای درک عمیق موضوع برای علاقمندان فراهم نمایند. ساده‌گوئی متن کتاب شاخصۀ اصلی آن بوده و امید است بتواند با رفع پیچیدگی‌های موضوع گامی کوچک در راستای ارتقاء این تخصص – متره و برآورد- فراهم نماید. امید است پیشنهادات خوانندگان عزیز راهگشای مولفان در خلق آثار جدید باشد.

The importance of processing effective components in the construction industry, in order to increase the quality and productivity of this field, has been and still is a constant concern of those in charge on a large scale. The complex structure and the wide range of specializations associated with this industry make it more important to pay attention to its neglected areas in the context of society, especially academics. The issue of meter and estimation is considered as the most effective parameter in whether or not a construction project should be done. At the same time, the complexities of this issue have made it a special specialty in the construction industry.
Considering the necessity of simplifying the subject and understanding it for the general students, the authors decided to provide a new structure for a deep understanding of the subject by using the extensive and complex resources of this field. The simplicity of the text of the book is its main characteristic, and it is hoped that by solving the complexities of the subject, it can provide a small step towards the promotion of this specialty – measurement and estimation. It is hoped that the suggestions of dear readers will lead the way for the authors in creating new works.
