پیشگفتار

تغییرات و تحولات شهری دهه‌های پنجاه و شصت در نتیجه جابه جایی جمعیت در شهرهای کشور به ویژه کلان شهرها باعث بروز مسائل و مشکلات عدیده‌ای چون بروز پدیده فقر شهری و بد مسکنی در نواحی بافت فرسوده داشته است و تخلیه این بافت‌ها و تنزل کیفیت زندگی در این مناطق را باعث شده است و بافت‌های کهن و میانی شهرهای ما امروزه شامل بافت‌های ناکارآمد و یا در حال گذار به حالت فرسودگی می‌باشند که حیات شهرها را با بحران مواجه کرده است. این بافت‌ها اگر چه اکنون در روند توسعه درون‌زای محلات به عنوان معضل شناخته می‌شوند، اما با استفاده از مفهوم توسعه‌ی درونی و میان افزا به نوعی فرصت تبدیل می‌شوند. این بافت‌ها می‌توانند روح توسعه‌های جدید را به مراکز شهرها وارد نموده و در توسعه درون‌زای محلات شهری نقش مؤثری داشته باشند. توسعه‌ی درونی در بطن محلات شهری، فرصت‌های توسعه خلق می‌کند و می‌تواند به عنوان محرک رشد این محلات عمل نماید، توجه به این امر به خصوص در کشور ما که همواره مسئله بافت‌های فرسوده شهری به عنوان، معضلی غیرقابل حل تلقی می‌شود، بسیار مهم است. امروزه کاربرد پیاده راه‌ها به ویژه در حفاظت از بافت‌های کهن شهری، جایگاه خود را در مباحث شهرسازی یافته و به عنوان ابزاری مفید در جهت حفظ فضاهای بافت شهری کهن و آشتی آن با فضاهای مدرن شهری و ساکنان آن استفاده می‌شود. فضایی که فرد در آن آزادانه بدون خطر تصادف با وسایل نقلیه حرکت می‌کند، مخصوص پیادگان است و برای ایجاد پیاده روی آسان، ضمن حفظ بافت تاریخی شهری خلق شده‌اند. توجه به عابران پیاده به عنوان عامل حیات بخش فضاهای شهری در طراحی این فضاها و مانعی بر متروک شدن شان ویژگی مشترک پیاده راه‌ها است. این کتاب با بررسی مفاهیم مربوطه و شناسایی دیدگاه‌ها و نظریات متخصصان در این امر، فضای عابر پیاده و عرصه‌های جمعی به عنوان فضاهای تاثیرگذار در شهر معرفی گشته و با این دیدگاه، پیاده روها نیز به عنوان یکی از عوامل تاثیرگذار، مورد واکاوی قرار گرفته است؛ بدین ترتیب با بررسی مفهوم پیاده مداری و پیشینه آن، کیفیت‌ها و معیارهای ارزیابی خیابان‌های پیاده مدار در فضای شهری و خیابان‌ها شناسایی شده و در نهایت به ارائه تجارب موفق داخلی و خارجی پرداخته شده است.

Abstract

Urban changes and developments in the fifties and sixties as a result of population movement in the cities of the country, especially metropolitan areas have caused many problems and issues such as urban poverty and poor housing in areas of worn-out tissue and the evacuation of these tissues and degraded quality of life in this It has caused areas, and the old and middle textures of our cities today contain dysfunctional or worn-out textures that have put urban life in crisis. Although these contexts are now recognized as a problem in the process of endogenous development of neighborhoods, but using the concept of internal and intermediate development, they become a kind of opportunity. These contexts can bring the spirit of new development to urban centers and play an effective role in the endogenous development of urban neighborhoods. Internal development in the heart of urban neighborhoods creates development opportunities and can act as a stimulus for the growth of these neighborhoods. It is very important to pay attention to this, especially in our country where the issue of dilapidated urban fabric is always considered as an unsolvable problem. Today, the use of sidewalks, especially in the protection of ancient urban textures, has found its place in urban planning issues and is used as a useful tool to preserve the spaces of ancient urban textures and its reconciliation with modern urban spaces and its inhabitants. The space in which one can move freely without the risk of accidents with vehicles is for pedestrians and has been created to create easy walking, while preserving the historical fabric of the city. Paying attention to pedestrians as a vital factor in urban spaces in designing these spaces and preventing their abandonment is a common feature of sidewalks. This book has been introduced by examining the relevant concepts and identifying the views and opinions of experts in this field, pedestrian space and public areas as influential spaces in the city, and with this view, sidewalks have been studied as one of the influential factors. ; Thus, by examining the concept of pedestrianism and its background, the qualities and criteria for evaluating pedestrian streets in urban spaces and streets have been identified, and finally, successful domestic and foreign experiences have been presented.
