پيشگفتار

با گسترش تجارت جهانی در طول دهه‌های اخیر، مدیریت زنجیره تامین از ابعاد مختلفی مورد توجه محققان و صنایع فراوانی قرار گرفته و موجب شکل‌گیری همکاری‌های بسیار نزدیکی در طول زنجیره تامین بین شرکت‌ها، تامین کنندگان، تولید کنندگان و سایر اجزای زنجیره تامین شده است. درصورتی که این گسترش روابط در زنجیره تامین بدون در نظر گرفتن جزئیاتی همچون پایداری و تاب‌آوری نباشد موجب افزایش ریسک مقابله با تهدید‌های احتمالی همچون ورشکستگی‌های متعددی که پس از بحران مالی ۲۰۰۸ اتفاق افتاد می‌شود. پس از این بحران، اهمیت روش‌های تامین مالی زنجیره تامین (SCF) به عنوان ضرورتی در مدیریت زنجیره تامین گسترش فراوانی یافتند. یکی از مهمترین عوامل افزایش تاب‌آوری زنجیره‌های تامین، مدیریت جریان‌های نقدی بخصوص مدیریت حساب‌های پرداختنی می‌باشد که در صورت مدیریت صحیح موجب استفاده بهتر از منابع مالی و زنجیره تامین می‌شود.
از این جهت در این کتاب قصد داریم با بررسی عوامل مختلف مدلی را جهت ارائه زمانبندی بازپرداخت حساب‌های پرداختنی با هدف بهینه سازی منابع مالی در یک زنجیره تامین سه سطحی چند محصولی همراه با چند تامین کننده توسعه دهیم. لذا در کتاب پیش رو ابتدا وضعیت فعلی مدیریت مالی در زنجیره تامین صنعت خودور سازی کشور را بررسی و پس از شناخت دقیق مشکلات و نقاط بهبود، ابتدا به تعریف مسئله و محدوده آن پرداخته و سپس به روش مطالعات میدانی به تعریف پارامترهای مدل می‌پردازیم. مدل و محدودیت‌های مسئله را با هدف بهینه سازی هزینه در زنجیره تامین تعریف نموده و با ابزار الگوریتم ژنتیک و شبیه سازی مسئله را حل خواهیم نمود. خروجی مسئله برنامه برنامه زمانبندی پرداخت به تامین کنندگان در هر پریود زمانی خواهد بود. نرم افزار مورد استفاده برای شبیه سازیMATLAB می‌باشد و فرایندها و مطالعات در شرایط واقعی و اجرایی در زنجیره تامین شرکت ایران خودرو – ساپکو انجام شده است. مدیریت مالی در زنجیره تامین به صورت سنتی و بدون استفاده از روش‌های علمی در حال انجام می‌باشد در صورت موافقت مدیران ارشد ایران خودرو با اجرای مدل فوق می‌توانیم گامی موثر در خصوص ارتباط صنعت و دانشگاه در زنجیره تامین بر داریم.

Preface

With the expansion of global trade during recent decades, supply chain management has been the focus of many researchers and industries from different dimensions and has led to the formation of very close cooperation during the supply chain between companies, suppliers, manufacturers and other components of the supply chain. If this expansion of relationships in the supply chain does not take into account details such as stability and resilience, it will increase the risk of dealing with possible threats such as numerous bankruptcies that occurred after the 2008 financial crisis. After this crisis, the importance of supply chain financing (SCF) methods as a necessity in supply chain management has expanded a lot. One of the most important factors in increasing the resilience of supply chains is the management of cash flows, especially the management of accounts payable, which, if properly managed, leads to better use of financial resources and the supply chain.
For this reason, in this book, we intend to develop a model to provide the repayment schedule of accounts payable with the aim of optimizing financial resources in a multi-product three-level supply chain with several suppliers by examining various factors. Therefore, in the upcoming book, we will first examine the current state of financial management in the supply chain of the country’s automotive industry, and after a detailed understanding of the problems and improvement points, we will first define the problem and its scope, and then we will define the parameters of the model using the method of field studies. We will define the model and limitations of the problem with the aim of cost optimization in the supply chain and we will solve the problem with the tools of genetic algorithm and simulation. The output of the schedule problem will be the payment schedule to suppliers in each time period. The software used for simulation is MATLAB, and the processes and studies have been carried out in real and operational conditions in the supply chain of Iran Khodro-Sapco. Financial management in the supply chain is being done in a traditional way without using scientific methods. If the senior managers of Iran Khodro agree with the implementation of the above model, we can take an effective step regarding the relationship between the industry and the university in the supply chain.
