پيشگفتار

اخلاق حرفه¬ای همواره در مشاغل و حرفه¬ها مورد اهمیت بوده است. اخلاق حرفه‌اي در واقع به چگونگي رفتار، ادب و عمل شخص هنگام انجام کار حرفه‌اي مي¬پردازد. اين کار مي‌تواند مشاوره، پژوهش، تدريس، نويسندگي، طبابت يا هر شغل ديگري باشد. در واقع، اخلاق حرفه‌اي مجموع‌هاي از اصول و استانداردهاي سلوک بشري است که رفتار افراد و گروه‌ها در يک ساختار حرفه‌اي را تعيين مي‌کند و مفهوم آن از علم اخلاق اتخاذ شده است.
هدف از تالیف کتاب حاضر تبیین مبانی، ابعاد و مولفه¬های اخلاق حرفه¬ای معلم در سند تحول بنیادین آموزش و پرورش و ارائه الگویی برای درس ریاضی می¬باشد. روش پژوهش توصیفی- تحلیلی و استنتاج قیاسی می¬باشد. بدین صورت که ابتدا به تحلیل اخلاق حرفه¬ای معلم در سند تحول بنیادین آموزش و پرورش پرداخته شد، سپس مبانی و ابعاد و مولفه¬های اخلاق حرفه¬ای معلم به دست آمد. با روش استنتاج نیز اهداف، اصول و روش¬های تربیتی برای درس ریاضی استنتاج شد. یافته¬های کتاب نشان می¬دهد که اخلاق حرفه‌ای معلم در سند تحول بنیادین آموزش و پرورش دارای پنج مبنا است که عبارتند از: مبنای هستی¬شناسی، مبانی معرفت شناسی، مبنای ارزش¬شناسی، مبنای انسان شناسی و مبانی دین شناختی است. ابعاد اخلاق¬حرفه‌ای معلم در سند تحول بنیادین در سه بعد فردی (دینی و اعتقادی)، اجتماعی و فرهنگی مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. از جمله مولفه¬هایی که به دست آمد عبارتند از: معنویت‌گرایی، تعامل بر پایه نگاه توحیدی، عدالت، کرامت انسانی، مسئولیت پذیری، مهرورزی با متربیان، شکوفایی استعدادها. اهداف اخلاق حرفه¬ای معلم برای درس ریاضی که به دست آمد شامل: دست¬یابی به سعادت و کمال، پرورش حس مسئولیت¬پدیری، کسب شایستگی¬ها و زمینه¬سازی برای هدایت متربیان. اصول شامل: احترام، تعهدکاری، شایستگی¬محوری و شکیبایی و روش¬های آموزش¬ اخلاق حرفه¬ای معلمان عبارت بودند از: اسوه¬سازی اخلاقی، باورسازی ایمانی، تعالی شئون وجودی و روش تدریج و مداومت. از آنجایی که اهداف، اصول و روش¬های نهادینه کردن اخلاق حرفه¬ای در اسناد تحولی به طور مشخص تبیین شده و کلیات اخلاق حرفه¬ای اشاره شده است. نتیج نشان می¬دهد که اخلاق حرفه¬ای معلم برای درس ریاضی حائز دلالت¬های مهمی است که معلمان باید بدان¬ها توجه داشته باشند.

Professional ethics have always been important in jobs and professions. Professional ethics actually deals with how a person behaves, politely and acts when doing professional work. This work can be consulting, research, teaching, writing, medicine or any other job. In fact, professional ethics are a set of principles and standards of human conduct that determine the behavior of individuals and groups in a professional structure, and its concept is adopted from the science of ethics.
The purpose of writing this book is to explain the basics, dimensions and components of teacher’s professional ethics in the document of fundamental transformation of education and provide a model for mathematics lessons. The research method is descriptive-analytical and comparative inference. In this way, the professional ethics of the teacher was first analyzed in the document of the fundamental transformation of education, then the basics, dimensions and components of the professional ethics of the teacher were obtained. With the inference method, the goals, principles and educational methods for mathematics lessons were deduced. The findings of the book show that the teacher’s professional ethics in the document of the fundamental transformation of education has five bases, which are: ontology base, epistemology base, value theory base, anthropology base, and religious base. The dimensions of teacher’s professional ethics have been considered in the fundamental change document in three dimensions: individual (religious and belief), social and cultural. Among the components obtained are: spiritualism, interaction based on monotheistic view, justice, human dignity, responsibility, kindness to teachers, flourishing of talents. The goals of teacher’s professional ethics for the mathematics lesson that were achieved include: achieving happiness and perfection, developing a sense of parental responsibility, acquiring competencies and creating a foundation for guiding teachers. The principles included: respect, commitment, competence-oriented and patience and the methods of teaching teachers’ professional ethics were: moral formation, belief formation, exaltation of existential affairs and gradual and continuous method. Since the goals, principles and methods of institutionalizing professional ethics have been specifically explained in the transformational documents and the general principles of professional ethics have been mentioned. The result shows that the teacher’s professional ethics for mathematics lessons have important implications that teachers should pay attention to.
