پيشگفتار

اوتیسم (به انگلیسی: autism) یا درخودماندگی، (در مسیر شناخت به حواس، برای رمزگذاری و طبقه‌بندی اطلاعات در حافظه احتمالاً تسلط قوی یکی از حواس باعث تضعیف سایر حواس در انجام طبقه‌بندی اطلاعات دریافتی می‌شود) نوعی اختلال رشدی (از نوع روابط اجتماعی) است که با رفتارهای ارتباطی و کلامی غیرطبیعی مشخص می‌شود.
اختلال اتیسم (اوتیسم) طیفی از اختلالات رشدی عصبی است که عمدتا با علائم نقص در مهارت‌های اجتماعی، مهارهای کلامی و غیر کلامی، اصرار بر یکنواختی و علایق محدود، حرکتهای تکراری و کلیشه ای، عدم همدلی و ارتباط چشمی و گستره دیگری از علائم و نشانه‌ها مشخص می‌گردد. این علائم در کودکان دارای اوتیسم به شکل و شدت متفاوتی مشاهده می‌گردد و همین امر نیز می‌تواند منجر به تشخیص سطح اختلال اوتیسم گردد.
علائم این اختلال تا پیش از سه‌سالگی بروز می‌کند و علت اصلی آن هنوز ناشناخته است. به کسانی که این اختلال را دارند اوتیستیک یا درخودمانده گفته می‌شود. این اختلال در پسران شایع‌تر از دختران است. وضعیت اقتصادی، اجتماعی، سبک زندگی و سطح تحصیلات والدین نقشی در بروز اوتیسم ندارد. این اختلال بر رشد طبیعی مغز در حیطۀ تعاملات اجتماعی و مهارت‌های ارتباطی تأثیر می‌گذارد. کودکان و بزرگ‌سالان مبتلا به اوتیسم، در ارتباطات کلامی و غیرکلامی، تعاملات اجتماعی و فعالیت‌های مربوط به بازی، مشکل دارند. این اختلال، ارتباط با دیگران و دنیای خارج را برای آنان دشوار می‌سازد. در بعضی موارد، رفتارهای خودآزاردهنده و پرخاشگری نیز دیده می‌شود. در این افراد، حرکات تکراری (دست زدن، پریدن) و پاسخ‌های غیرمعمول به افراد، دلبستگی به اشیاء یا مقاومت در مقابل تغییر نیز دیده می‌شود. ممکن است در حواس پنجگانه (بینایی، شنوایی، بساوایی، بویایی و چشایی) نیز حساسیت‌های غیرمعمول دیده شود. هسته مرکزی اختلال در اوتیسم، اختلال در ارتباط است. از هر ۶۰ تا ۷۰ تولد زنده در دنیا، یک نفر مبتلا به اوتیسم است.
کارشناسان زندگی ماشینی و عوامل ناشی از آن مانند استرس را در سیر صعودی ابتلا به این بیماری دخیل می‌دانند. نتیجۀ یک مطالعه نشان می‌دهد زنان دارای اضافه وزن زیاد و مبتلا به دیابت، در صورتی که باردار شوند، بیش از مادران سالم با احتمال تولد نوزاد اوتیستیک روبه‌رو خواهند بود.
روز آگاهی جهانی اوتیسم روز دوم آوریل هر سال است که سازمان‌های فردی اوتیسم را در سراسر جهان دور هم می‌آورد تا به اموری مانند تحقیق، تشخیص، درمان و پذیرش عمومی افراد مبتلا به این اختلال رشد کمک کند.
هدف از تالیف کتاب حاضر آشنایی با اختلال اوتیسم در کودکان، شناخت نشانه‌ها و علائم اختلال اوتیسم در کودکان، آشنایی با روش‌های تشخیص اوتیسم در مراحل اولیه و دوران نوزادی، آشنایی با نشانه‌های کودک مبتلا به اوتیسم، شناخت خصوصیات کودکان دچار اوتیسم، آشنایی با روش‌های درمان کودکان اوتیسم می‌باشد.

Abstract

Autism, or autism Is characterized by abnormal communication and verbal behaviors.
Autism is a disorder that is affecting more and more people. Symptoms are identified. These symptoms are seen in children with autism in different forms and severity, and this can also lead to the diagnosis of the level of autism disorder.
The symptoms of this disorder appear before the age of three and the main cause is still unknown. People with this disorder are called autistic or autistic. This disorder is more common in boys than girls. The economic, social, lifestyle and educational level of the parents do not play a role in the development of autism. This disorder affects the normal development of the brain in terms of social interactions and communication skills. Children and adults with autism have difficulty with verbal and nonverbal communication, social interactions, and play-related activities. This disorder makes it difficult for them to communicate with others and the outside world. In some cases, self-harming and aggressive behaviors are also seen. In these people, repetitive movements (touching, jumping) and unusual responses to people, attachment to objects or resistance to change are also seen. Unusual sensitivities may also be present in the five senses (sight, hearing, hearing, smell, and taste). At the heart of autism is communication disorder. One in every 60 to 70 live births worldwide has autism.
Experts believe that machine life and its causes such as stress are involved in the upward course of the disease. A study shows that overweight women with diabetes are more likely to have an autistic baby if they become pregnant than healthy mothers.
World Autism Awareness Day April 2 is an annual year that brings together autism organizations around the world to help with research, diagnosis, treatment, and public acceptance of people with autism.
