پیشگفتار

با سلام و درود به مردم فهيم و آگاه شهرستان سنقر و کلیایی و آرزوی توفیق و سلامتی برای همه همشهریانم این فرزند سنقروکلیایی با توجه به آشنایی کامل به شهرستان و زندگی در این شهر و دیدن ظرفیت‌های این دیار بر آن آمدم که کتابی با عنوان کارآفرینی و رفتار کارآفرینانه نگارش نمایم امیدوارم مورد توجه و استفاده قرار گیرد.
همشهريان فهيم و آگاه همه ما نيك واقفيم كه درصد بالايي از اقتصاد و معيشت مردم به كشاورزي و مجموعه‌هاي آن وابسته است و همه ما به پتانسیل و استعدادهای بخش کشاورزی آگاهي داريم. در شهرستان سنقر و کلیایی ظرفیت‌های بخش کشاورزی در مقایسه با سایر شهرستان‌ها داراي وجه تمايز مي‌باشد از جمله اینكه پتانسیل‌هاي موجود در شهرستان بالقوه می‌باشد كه به فراواني قابل مشاهده است كه بايد به فعليت برسد.
– در حوزه صنايع دستي فرش دستباف شهرستان سنقر شهرت جهانی دارد به نوعي كه فرش سنقر در نمايشگاه‌هاي اروپايي داراي جايگاه جهاني و بين‌المللي است.
– در بخش دامي بخاطر وجود شرایط اقلیمی خاص شهرستان پرورش دام وتوليد گوشت داراي شهره عام و خاص هست و می‌تواند یکی از محورهای اشتغال‌زایی و درآمد باشد.
– بدليل وجود طبيعت و اكوسيستم شهرستان پرورش زنبور عسل كه عسل شهرستان داراي شهره خاص مي‌باشد به نوعي كه بيشتر زنبورداران شهرستان سنقر را براي فصل بهار و تابستان انتخاب مي‌نمايند می‌تواند در اشتغال و درآمد زایی نقش بسیار بالاتری داشته باشد.
– در بخش تولیدات مواد لبنی و روغن حیوانی و پشم و پوست می‌تواند با توجه بیشتر احیا گردد و تولید شغل و درآمد شود.
– در بخش زراعت آفتابگردان آجيلي شهرستان داراي برند انحصاری و اختصاصي در سطح كشور با عنوان تخمه سنقري شهرت ملي دارد و همچنين توليد حبوبات من جمله نخود كه بصورت فله‌اي به ساير شهرستان‌ها جهت سورتينگ و بسته بندي ارسال مي‌گردد می‌تواند با بسته بندی درآمد زایی بسیار بسیار بالاتری برای شهرستان داشته باشد.
– در بخش باغداري وجود باغات و شرايط مناسب توليد ميوه در شهرستان خصوصا در مناطق كيونانات و خانقاه و سهنله و اکثر روستاهای شهرستان با ایجاد سردخانه و نگهداری تولیدات و صنایع تبدیلی و فروش داخلی بهتر و صادرات محور ظرفیت بالایی دارد.
– در بخش تولید علوفه دامی و تولید مازاد شهرستان و نگاه صادرات محور می‌تواند نقشی به مراتب بهتر داشته باشد.
– در بخش گردشگري و استفاده بهينه از آب، وجود دو سد سلیمانشاه و جامیشان شهرستان سنقر را در موقعیت توسعه و استفاده بهتر از آب موجود را داده و دو سد فوق شرایط گردشگری و بومگردی خاصی را در اختيار سرمايه گذاران شهرستان قرار خواهد داد.
نمونه‌هايي از پتانسیل‌های انحصاري شهرستان سنقر كه در جاهای دیگر این شرايط وجود ندارد. بايد شرايط اشتغال و معيشتي مردم ديارم در وضعيتي بسیار بهتر باشد. اینجانب فردی بزرگ شده و مقیم این شهرستان و متخصص در كشاورزي و صنايع وابسته و همچنین متخصص در بخش کسب و کار و مدیریت و صادرات و تجارت در شهرستان سنقر و کلیایی و سطح مدیریت کلان براساس طرح و برنامه‌هاي تخصصي می‌توانم در زمینه تولید و اشتغال و در نهايت متحول شدن درآمد و معيشت را نصيب نيروي كار سنقر و کلیایی نمايم.
این فرزند شهرستان در تولید محصولات کشاورزی اعم از کاشت داشت و برداشت و همچنین برندسازی و صنایع تبدیلی و فروش محصولات در داخل و صادرات به خارج از کشور، آگاه، پيگير و داراي برنامه كاربردي می‌باشم.
در بخش کشاوری كه خود درد و رنج كشاورزي را لمس نموده و با مشکلات بخش جامعه کشاورزی و کارگری شهرستان آشنایی کامل دارم با آگاهي بر فرصت‌ها و تهديدهاي بخش كشاورزي و صنایع وابسته به آن مي‌توانم دورنمايي پر از اميد براي جوانان و همشهريان خصوصا جوانان جوياي كار باشم لذا با به فعليت رساندن این همه انرژی و فرصت‌هاي بخش کشاورزی و صنايع وابسته می‌توان اميدوار بود كه شهرمان به دياری با اقتصادي پويا و اشتعال فراوان مبدل گردیده و در نهايت شاهد كاهش فقر و بيكاري و ساير بزه‌ها باشيم و اين مهم با توجه و نگاه کلان مدیریتی با تجربه تخصص محقق خواهد شد.
