پيشگفتار

شكي نيست كه براي استفاده و ترجمه علوم مختلفي كه نزد ملت‏هاي ديگر وجود دارد، داشتن فرهنگ لغت‏هاي مختلف امري ضروري است. بديهي است همراه با گسترش علوم و توسعه آرا و انديشه‏ها، واژه‏هاي جديدي وضع شده و اصطلاحات نويني شايع مي‏گردد. از آنجا كه براي ترجمه‏ متون مختلف، تنها دانستن زبان در سطح عمومي كفايت نمي‏كند و مترجم بايد علاوه بر تسلط بر هر دو زبان، دقايق الفاظ و اصطلاحات را نيز به خوبي بداند، ضروري است آن چه در زبان‏هاي زنده دنيا از اصطلاحات و واژه‏هاي جديد در علوم مختلف وجود دارد، جمع‏آوري شده و در دسترس همگان قرار گيرد و از اين طريق تبادل آرا بهتر صورت گيرد. فرهنگ حاضر كه اينك در دسترس همگان قرار مي‏گيرد، در همين راستا تهيه و منتشر گرديده است.
كشور ما در هيچ روزگاري مانند دوره‏ بعد از پيروزي شكوهمند انقلاب اسلامي ايران به فرهنگ علوم اقتصادي به زبان عربي نيازمند نبوده است، چون از يك طرف پويايي اين انقلاب گروهي از فرهيختگان را به امر تحقيق در زمينه‏ اقتصاد اسلامي واداشته است و از طرف ديگر، كتب خوبي به زبان عربي در زمينه‏ي اقتصاد اسلامي در كشورهاي مختلف عربي موجود مي‏باشد. علت اين كه مدخل اصلي اين فرهنگ زبان عربي انتخاب شده است، همين امر مي‏باشد. در اين فرهنگ سعي شده است:
۱- از منابع معتبر و تخصصي متعددي استفاده شود كه اسامي آنها در فهرست منابع ذكر شده است؛
۲- از اتقان بالايي برخوردار باشد؛
۳- مجموعه‏ نسبتاً جامعي باشد؛ لذا بالغ بر دوازده هزار لغت و اصطلاح در زمينه‏هاي مختلف علوم اقتصادي؛ نظير اقتصاد نظري، بازرگاني، آمار، رياضي، اقتصادسنجي، بيمه و مديريت مي‏باشد؛
۴- در تهيه فهرست فارسي و انگليسي كوشش خاصي به عمل آيد، به گونه‏اي كه از طريق يك كلمه بتوان به تمام انواع استعمال آن دست يافت و به ياري اين دو فهرست و اصل عربي آن، با دانستن يك معنا در يكي از اين سه زبان، به معادل‏هاي آن در دو زبان ديگر دسترسي پيدا نمود؛
۵- در ارائه‏ي معادل‏ها، نهايت دقت و رعايت امانت به عمل آمده باشد؛
۶- از ميان معاني مختلف يك واژه، آنهايي انتخاب شوند كه در هر سه زبان مشترك مي‏باشند؛
۷- علاوه بر كلمات مفرد، كلمات تركيبي نيز آورده شود به گونه‏اي كه خواننده بتواند اصطلاحات تركيبي را به آساني پيدا نمايد.
از آنجا كه هيچ كار بشري كامل و بدون نقص نيست؛ نويسنده اين مجموعه را عاري از خطا نمي‏داند. اميد دارم اساتيد معظم و محققان معزز چنانچه در آن نقص و خللي مشاهده نمودند ما را ببخشند و از نظرات خود اين مؤلف را بي‏نصيب نگذارند و ما را در جهت اكمال اين اثر نصرت و ياري دهند و از رهنمودهاي سودمند و ارزنده‏ خود برخوردار سازند كه در مأثور آمده است: «الدّالّ علي الخير كفاعله»
از درگاه ايزد يكتا مسألت دارم ما را در راه خدمتي كه در پيش گرفته‏ايم موفق بدارد. باشد كه اين گام نخست، زمينه را براي كارهاي سترگ و گسترده هموار نمايد، كه در آينده‏اي نه چندان دور شاهد تحقق آنها باشيم.

Preface

There is no doubt that it is necessary to have different dictionaries to use and translate different sciences that exist among other nations. It is obvious that along with the development of science and the development of opinions and thoughts, new words are coined and new terms become popular. Since for the translation of various texts, only knowing the language at a general level is not enough, and the translator must, in addition to mastering both languages, also know the details of words and expressions well, it is necessary that what is in the living languages of the world There are new terms and words in different sciences, they should be collected and made available to everyone, and in this way, the exchange of opinions can be done better. The current culture, which is now available to everyone, has been prepared and published in this direction.
Our country has never needed the culture of economic sciences in Arabic language like in the period after the glorious victory of the Islamic Revolution of Iran, because on the one hand, the dynamics of this revolution has forced a group of intellectuals to do research in the field of Islamic economics, and on the other hand, Also, there are good books in Arabic in the field of Islamic economics in different Arab countries. This is the reason why the main entry of this Arabic dictionary was chosen. In this culture, it has been tried:
۱- Many reliable and specialized sources whose names are mentioned in the list of sources should be used;
۲- to have high proficiency;
۳- It should be a relatively comprehensive collection; Therefore, more than twelve thousand words and terms in various fields of economic sciences; such as theoretical economics, commerce, statistics, mathematics, econometrics, insurance and management;
۴- In preparing the Persian and English list, a special effort is made, so that through one word, all types of its usage can be reached, and with the help of these two lists and its Arabic original, by knowing a meaning in one of these three languages, it has access to its equivalents in two other languages;
۵- In the presentation of the equivalents, extreme care and respect for trust have been done;
۶- Among the different meanings of a word, choose those that are common in all three languages;
۷- In addition to singular words, compound words should also be given so that the reader can find compound terms easily.
Since no human work is perfect and without defects; The author does not consider this collection free of errors. I hope that the eminent professors and respected researchers will forgive us if they see any flaws in it and will not deprive this author of their opinions and help us to complete this work and have useful and valuable guidelines. The construction that is mentioned in the proverb: “Al-Dall Ali Al-Khair Kafaale”
I ask God to make us successful in the service we have undertaken. May this first step pave the way for great and extensive works, which we will witness their realization in the not too distant future.
