پیشگفتار

جامعه شناسی علمی است که به مطالعه رفتار اجتماعی می‌پردازد بحث جامعه شناسی سیاسی مطالعه رفتار اجتماعی و فهم اجتماعی است. بطوریکه رابطه جامعه و دولت از موضوعات مهم می‌باشد.
اما جامعه شناسی سیاسی به عنوان یک رشته از کجا پیدا شده است؟
از اواسط قرن نوزدهم به بعد رشته علوم سیاسی با تفکر مکتب پوزیتویسم… پیدا شد اولین دانشگاهی که به عنوان علم سیاست تاسیس شده در سال ۱۸۸۰ در کلمبیا می‌باشد. بطور کلی سه عرصه مورد بررسی قرار می‌گیرد:
۱- جامعه شناسی
۲- سیاست
۳- اقتصاد
جامعه شناسی سیاسی دو عرصه را مورد مطالعه قرار می‌دهد که جامعه و سیاست دو عرصه‌اي است که ارتباط آنها مورد بررسی قرار می‌گیرد.
جامعه شناسی سیاسی نه جامعه شناسی است و نه سیاست بلکه در آن به اجزاء جامعه با اجزاء سیاست نمی‌پردازند بلکه فرض بر این است که ارتباط اینها را مورد شناسایی قرار می‌دهیم.
کسانی که در ابتدا جامعه و سیاست و اقتصاد را مورد مطالعه قرار دادند افرادي مانندآگوست کنت، کارل مارکس، جان استورات میل، هربرت اسپنسر، امیل دورکیم، ماکس وبر و دیگران اینها همگی به نحوي به مطالعه جامعه و سیاست پرداخته‌اند.
این اندیشمندان در سه نقطه با هم مشترك بودند اولین نقطه مشترك اینکه اینها معتقد بودند علم اجتماع، علم اقتصاد وعلم سیاست وجود دارد. امکان دارد علم سیاست داشته باشیم یعنی می‌توانیم مسائل سیاست را در قالب الگو و مدل طرح کنیم و به تشریح آن بپردازیم و نظریه‌هاي فراگیر بسازیم یعنی نظریه‌اي بسازیم که در اکثر جوامع صدق داشته باشد.
نقطه دوم این است که اینها همگی راجع به جامعه خودشان صحبت می‌کنند مبنی بر اینکه جامعه در چه وضعیتی قرار دارد.
بیشتر متفکران راجع به گذار از ماقبل صنعتی به صنعتی صحبت می‌کنند نگران این هستند که جامعه اروپایی در حال تغییر است و در مورد تغییرات اینها صحبت می‌کنند.

Abstract

Sociology is a science that studies social behavior. Political sociology is the study of social behavior and social understanding. So the relationship between the society and the government is one of the important issues.
But where did political sociology as a discipline come from?
From the middle of the 19th century onwards, the field of political science with the thinking of the school of positivism was found. In general, three areas are examined:
۱- Sociology
۲- Politics
۳- Economy
Political sociology studies two fields, society and politics are two fields whose relationship is investigated.
Political sociology is neither sociology nor politics, but it does not deal with the components of society with the components of politics, but it is assumed that we identify the relationship between them.
Those who first studied society, politics and economy are people like August Comte, Karl Marx, John Stuart Mill, Herbert Spencer, Emile Durkheim, Max Weber and others, all of them studied society and politics in some way.
These thinkers were in common in three points. The first common point is that they believed that there is social science, economic science and political science. It is possible to have political science, which means that we can design political issues in the form of models and explain them and create comprehensive theories, which means that we can create a theory that is valid in most societies.
The second point is that they are all talking about their own society about the state of the society.
Most of the thinkers who talk about the transition from pre-industrial to industrial are concerned that European society is changing and talk about these changes.
